- Monday: Park in the West parking structure. Enter parking structure by taking first or second left after kiosk at the West entrance to campus. A brief walk or shuttle (service starts 7:30) will carry you to registration at Mother Rosalie Hill Hall with light continental breakfast, 7:30 - 8:30 am, class session 8:30am-4pm. - All registered participants will be provided with a hard copy of the Course Exam Description (certain courses excepted in 2026). A digital copy of the CED, student samples, and Course at a Glance posters are available in May or at the conclusion of the reading. Updates are ongoing and certain courses are coming soon.
OPTIONAL UNITS THROUGH USD
You are able to purchase 2 units of graduate level education credits for your 30 hours this week. Your units would be accredited by the University of San Diego through their Continuing Education Department. The cost is $158. A paper transcript will be mailed to the home address that you provide.
Requirements:
1. Attend all sessions, morning and afternoon. Please verify attendance with presenter.
2. Apply and pay for units no later than 30 days after the completion of your session. All Credit Validation enrollments are refundable, less a $25 fee, if a drop is requested within 30 days of enrollment date. There will be no refunds for Credit Validation after the allotted 30 days.

AP BY THE SEA CERTIFICATE
We will provide all participants with perfect attendance a certificate for 30 hours of AP instruction. A reduced hour certificate is available upon request if you miss hours by filling out this form.
COLLEGE BOARD EVALUATION
An evaluation of AP by the Sea and your presenter should arrive via email from College Board on Thursday afternoon. If you do not receive it, check in your junk mail. Another problem could be a district filter on bulk mailings if sent to your school mail. The survey will be sent twice more to those who did not respond 4 and 8 days after institute ends. Please complete this survey. Last year we had under a 50% response, some faculty had less than 20%. This is a valuable tool in assessing the quality of our program. Thank you.
