PARKING at USD
If you are a daily commuter who needs to park, please park in unmarked white spaces in the West parking lot and structure to be closest to Monday morning registration and class sessions. Daily commuters are required to register their car (make, model, license plate number) with USD Parking Services to avoid ticketing. REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE HERE BEFORE ARRIVING ON CAMPUS.
Directions: Locate the West entrance of campus (Marian Way off Linda Vista Blvd. 32.76817, -117.1946 ). Take your first or second left after the guard kiosk to access the lower and upper level of the West parking structure.
From there, you can either take a tram (starting at 7:30 with stops located outside ground and top level of West structure) or walk up the hill (4 minute uphill walk) to the Monday Registration taking place from 7:30-8:30 am at Mother Rosalie Hill Hall. A light continental breakfast will be available. Classes start at 8:30 on Monday and then 8:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. See our Agenda page for daily start and end times.
Uber: Select Destination of University of San Diego Joan Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice to be dropped on the top of the hill on the west side of campus and very close to registration.

USD SHUTTLE OPTIONS to USD
Complimentary OLD TOWN/USD Shuttle Monday through Friday from the Old Town Transit Center to various campus locations – just a short walk from the Old Town hotels to the Old Town Transit Center. The USD to Old Town shuttle has LIMITED CAPACITY and does not run on the weekends. Some hotels MAY offer shuttle service to USD if it does not conflict with airport shuttles.
Old Town—>USD: 7:15am, 7:45am, 8:15am
USD (West End)—>Old Town:
Mon, Tues, Wed: 4:05, 4:35, 5:05 pm
Thursday: 3:15, 3:45, 4:15 pm
The USD shuttle stop is on the EAST side of the trolley/train tracks, closest to Old Town State Park, NOT the side of the parking lot where there is a shuttle sign. There is NO sign to indicate the stop, but look for a white van with a blue stripe where the taxis pick up passengers, marked by a white curb. DO NOT confuse the USD van with the UCSD van. Campus Shuttle Info for Apartments/Pavilion Dining/Classes: EAST tram loops in morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday. Manchester Village pick up is on east side of building. NOT ALWAYS RELIABLE IN THE SUMMER.

AIRPORT & TRAIN DEPOT TRANSPORTATION
• For free shuttle from airport to Old Town, visit the San Diego Flyer.
• From USD to Airport on Thursday: You may store your luggage in Mother Rosalie Hill Hall on Thursday morning. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft should be under $25. Direct them to MRHH, west side of campus. Use West entrance, up Marion Way to end, MRHH is on left.
DORM RESIDENT TRANSPORTATION
We provide a shuttle in the morning from Manchester Village to Pavilion Dining for breakfast and a shuttle in the afternoon from Mother Rosalie Hill Hall back to Manchester Village. Pavilion Dining is .4 miles or a 9 minute walk to classrooms. The distance from Manchester Village Apartments to the classrooms is approximately 1.1 miles and a 23 minute walk that passes Pavilion Dining on the way. There are some hills throughout campus.
