The cost includes all College Board and workshop materials, parking, as well as the check-in lunch on Tuesday, three additional lunches (W, Th, F), and snacks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.
Single-accommodation rooms in our residence hall for Monday through Thursday nights are available for an additional $280 (includes applicable taxes and fees). You may also choose to arrange and provide your own local hotel accommodations. Visit the Housing page for details.

*After June 1, the cost increases to $795.
Payment in full (via check, credit card, or school purchase order) is required four weeks prior to the workshop start date in order to hold the participant’s seat in the workshop.
Each year, the College Board offers a limited number of scholarships toward APSI tuition through the AP Fellows and AP Rural Fellows programs. These are open to all AP teachers teaching at schools that meet specific demographic criteria.

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to June 8, 2021 and will be subject to a $100 non-refundable registration fee. Payment in full is expected for cancellations received after June 8, 2021. Credit card refunds will be subject to an additional 5% non-refundable fee. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.
