College Board’s Higher Ed Colloquium 2022 has been canceled.

We have made the decision to cancel the College Board’s Higher Ed Colloquium 2022. Unfortunately, the recent rapid increase of covid-19 infections across the country, as well as unpredictable disruptions to travel, mean we cannot gather practically and safely. All registration fees will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership.

Q. Why did you decide to cancel the conference?

A. The recent rapid increase of covid-19 infections across the country, as well as unpredictable disruptions to travel, mean we cannot gather practically and safely.  We made this decision with the health and safety of our members, students, attendees, and staff as our top priority.

Q. Will you reschedule the 2022 Higher Ed Colloquium?

A. We do not have plans to reschedule the 2022 Higher Ed Colloquium at this time.

Q. How do I cancel my registration?

A. The College Board is automatically canceling all registrations.

Q. What is the refund policy for registration fees?

A. We will be refunding all registrations fees via the initial form of payment. You should receive your refund by January 21. If you have not received your refund by then, please contact hepartnerships@collegeboard.org

Q. How do I cancel my hotel?

A. If you booked in the block at the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked outside of the Higher Ed Colloquium block, you will be responsible for canceling your reservation and be subject to the hotel’s refund policies.

Q. How do I cancel my flight?

A. Please reach out to your airline directly to receive a refund for any travel or out-of-pocket expenses. Please visit your airline’s website for flight cancellation policies.

Q. What is the refund policy for any travel expenses I have incurred like airfare?

A. The College Board is not responsible for any travel-related or out-of-pocket expenses.

Q. Are there any other planned College Board events or conference cancellations?

As we monitor the spread of the coronavirus and receive further guidance from public health organizations, we will provide timely updates should new developments affect any of our other upcoming conferences. Our focus is on the health and safety of our members, students, attendees, and staff.
