To register for this and all other College Board events and conferences, use your College Board Professional Account. If you don’t have an account, you may create one during the registration process.

Group Discount: $25 each for 3 or more registrants from the same institution. See below for registration instructions.
*One-day rates may not be combined. Attendees must pay the full conference rate if attending for more than one day.

Member
Attendees from member institutions: See if your organization is a member. If the institution listed in your College Board account is a member organization, you will automatically receive member pricing.
A note about school districts:
District-level College Board membership does not extend to the schools in the district. Your school must have its own membership to qualify for discounted pricing at events.
Nonmember
Attendees from nonmember institutions.
Speaker
Session speakers and moderators from member and nonmember institutions.
Student
Discounted rate for full-time graduate students. Email forum@collegeboard.org to request the student registration rate. Provide your institution name and expected graduation year and the part of the conference you’ll register for, Full Conference or One Day. You’ll receive a single-use discount code within 72 hours. This code will permit you to register online for the conference.
College Board Online Registration System
To register for this and all other College Board events and conferences, you’ll use your College Board Professional Account. If you don’t yet have an account, you may create one during the registration process.
Group Registration
Before you register, contact our registration team with the names of each person in your group. You will be provided with a discount code for your group. This code will apply the group discount to each group member’s registration.

Registration FAQ
What types of payments are accepted for the registration fee?
Payment is accepted by credit card, check, or purchase order. You’ll be prompted to select a form of payment as you complete the online registration process.
To pay with a purchase order, start your registration, click Purchase Order as the form of payment, and click Finish to complete your registration. This will generate an invoice in your confirmation email, which you can provide to your institution to secure your purchase order. When sending a check or purchase order, print a copy of your confirmation email or invoice, and include it with the payment. Always include the last name of the registrant and the name of the conference.

Registration Terms and Conditions
The Event include your attendance at and participation in the conference, meeting, program, and all related activities, whether occurring before, during, or after the scheduled event programming, including without limitation receptions, dinners, networking events, off-site activities, transportation, and other social or recreational activities (collectively, the “Event”).
By registering for and attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to the start of the Event. Cancellations must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET, November 3, for a registrant to receive a refund via the original payment method less $25 cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellations after this date. Any participant who has registered for a conference and doesn’t cancel per the cancellation policy and doesn’t attend must still submit payment in full.
College Board won’t be responsible for any travel or other out-of-pocket expenses, penalties, or fees incurred by attendees for any reason, including cancellation of the Event. College Board reserves the right to cancel an event at any time before the event, or during the Event for the health and safety of attendees and staff or other reasons. Substitutions of a colleague/coworker are accepted. To request a substitution, email the conference planner, and provide the replacement’s name and contact information.
Consent to Email
By registering for the Event, you agree to be contacted by College Board via email with event-related information or updates. You’re required to provide a valid email address to register for the event. To manage your email communication preferences for non-event−related information, log in to your College Board account, click on Account Settings, and update your contact information preferences.
Schedule Changes
College Board reserves the right to modify Event details. Revised information will be made available on the Event website: forum.collegeboard.org
Photo, Video, and Recording Consent
By attending this event, you consent to being videotaped, recorded and/or photographed, and authorize College Board and/or its agents or licensees to use any such videos, recordings and/or photographs, in any medium (including, without limitation, audio, video, print, broadcast, etc.) throughout the world at College Board’s sole and exclusive discretion. College Board may also edit, distribute, exhibit, publicize, advertise, and otherwise use such videos, recordings and/or photographs in all media and formats, now known or hereafter developed, for commercial and noncommercial use without compensation or further consent.

Voluntary Participation; Assumption of Risk. You understand and acknowledge that attendance at and participation in the Event may involve certain inherent and other risks, including without limitation risks of personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, loss, accidents, and other hazards. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.
Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and discharge College Board and its current and former affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages or losses arising out of or relating to your attendance at or participation in the Event, including, without limitation, claims arising from the negligence of any Released Party.
Compliance with Event Rules. You agree to comply with all Event policies, safety instructions, venue requirements, and applicable laws. College Board reserves the right to remove you from the Event for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct without a refund.
College Board Event Code of Conduct
Purpose
College Board is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of race, color, creed, sex, age, ethnicity, national origin, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, mental or physical disability, or any category protected by state and federal law. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We expect all conference event participants, whether in person or virtual (including staff, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other guests) to abide by this Code of Conduct at all times while participating in conference-related activities and events.
Expected Behavior
- Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Discrimination or unfair treatment, including that based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or harassment.
- Disruption of conference sessions or conference-related events.
- Any other illegal activity.
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Participants asked to stop any harassing or unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. College Board event representatives retain the right to take appropriate actions to keep the conference a welcoming environment for all participants. Actions may include a warning, expulsion from the conference (including without warning), and/or engagement of law enforcement.
What to Do if You Witness or Are Subjected to Unacceptable Behavior
If you’re subjected to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please contact forum@collegeboard.org as soon as possible to address the situation.
