PARKING

Permits are virtual/electronic and available from University Transportation and Parking Services (UTAPS).  We suggest you take a photo of your license plate for reference.  

We were granted approval to provide weekly parking passes at a reduced rate. You must have a Saclink or Guest Parking Portal account to possess a parking permit:

1. If you don't have an account, click here to create a guest account. Once you finish, click the visitor parking link provided below (step 3) and select "Guest Login".

2. Have an account already but forgot your password? Click here to reset your password. 

3. Follow this link to purchase the reduced-rate weekly pass: Sac State APSI Parking Pass

4. After clicking the link and selecting “Guest Login,” proceed through by selecting the start date (7/13/2026) and then entering in your license plate #.

PLEASE NOTE: If you come to a payment for a daily ($10), close the browser and start over by clicking the special link and selecting Guest Login to begin.

Visitor Parking Permits are only valid in Student lots/spaces.  Parking in a staff/faculty lot or space will result in a parking citation.
