Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer:

We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. Payment must be received no later than Monday, July 6, 2020. Visit the Payment Options page for more information.

Question: How do I pay by check or purchase order?
Answer: When you register, you will receive an automatic invoice email. The email subject will read “Invoice: 2020 Denver Advanced Placement for All Summer Institute” If you do not see this email in your inbox after completing your registration, first check your junk folder and add solivas@coloradoedinitiative.org as a trusted sender. If you do not find the invoice in your junk folder, please contact our team at accountspayable@coloradoedinitiative.org.

Once you have received your APSI invoice, you may forward the invoice to your accounting department for a check or purchase order. Please see the Payment Options page for more information. All payments must be received by our office no later than July 6, 2020.

Question: Do you offer scholarships?
Answer: We do not offer scholarships to cover registration costs. However, College Board offers AP Summer Institute scholarships. Visit their AP Teacher Scholarships web page for more information.
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer:

Full refunds for cancellations received before June 18, 2020. $100 cancellation fee for cancellations after June 18, 2020.

Question: How do I update and/or cancel my registration?
Answer:
  • Visit our Registration Home Page
  • Click "Already Registered?" in the top right-hand corner
  • Enter the email address used during registration
  • Enter your confirmation number (you can find your confirmation number by clicking on "To have the Confirmation Number sent to you, click this link: Confirmation Number")
  • Edit and/or cancel your registration
Question: What is included in my registration cost?
Answer:

The registration cost for the Monday-Thursday, July 13-16 AP for All Summer Institute includes training registration and College Board materials.
