Advanced Placement Summer Institute University of North Carolina at Charlotte Week One

Summary

UNC Charlotte's Center for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education in cooperation with The College Board Advanced Placement Program invites both new and experienced teachers to our Advanced Placement Institutes. Our limited class size and team teaching approach pairs an experienced high school master teacher with a university professor to create a high quality program in great demand by teachers nationwide. Both residential students and commuters are welcome.

The Summer Institutes offer a valuable opportunity to strengthen your teaching skills, share ideas with other teaching professionals, and update your credentials. Enrollment in each institute is limited so register and pay early to reserve your spot.

The UNC Charlotte 1,000-acre campus, located 10 miles from uptown Charlotte, abound with activity in the summertime. Adult students and conferees join undergraduate students and foreign visitors, mingling in cafeterias, lounges, on woodland trails and lakeside spots. Shopping, restaurants, theater, and sporting events are available nearby
